Stax Stix

Yesterday I was on a roll,  I made a bunch of beads and hammered out 22 Stax Stix.

These are all made from recycled copper that my husband pulls out of the roads as he tears them up.

I made a few stax stix but in the photo they all look the same color, they aren't but my camera doesn't do purples justice.  I have plans of putting some of them in my Etsy store.  The nice thing about these is that you can put any big hole beads on them since the chain slides out and the beads are removable.

I love silver glass

I know I have posted about how much I love silver glass before but here are some more lovelies for your viewing pleasure.  There is something about this glass that is so simple yet every bead looks different and it's a crap shoot, what goes in the kiln isn't always what comes out, sometimes it's good, sometimes it's baby poo.  No baby poo this day :)
