Bullet Bracelet

Bullet Bracelet Special Order,  Brass Bullet Shells with Copper Wire Accents.
I now introduce to you the Bullet Bracelet, it was a special order that I just received Friday.  I had been thinking about making a bracelet out of the shells for some time but just couldn't figure out how to make everything lay flat enough.  So today I took my hammer, beat the heck out of them and bang a bracelet was born.

    Ok, I've got some bullet casings, so more detail please! Did you cut the end from the casing, and then just flatten it? How did you keep from marring it, and losing the detail on the casing? I do love the dangles too!

    This is the tops of the 12 gauge shotgun shells with 22 gauge shells for dangles. Hammering gently is all I did to keep the lettering in good condition. These are going to be for sale in the near future so I'm not going to write a tutorial on how to make them right now :) It's all trial and error and I am still working out the kinks.
